做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
