做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
