做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
